Stages upstairs, edit and color downstairs, all for rent in the Accord Building at 2140 South Dixie Highway, Coconut Grove, Miami.

Most studio rentals in Miami end with a drive in someone's bag and a drive across town to the edit. Studio A and Studio B are one floor above Right Cut, so the cards only travel one floor. Selects, a first assembly and color tests start downstairs while the shoot is still going upstairs, and the day it wraps, post is already running. It works both ways: the edit keeps moving downstairs while the stills get shot upstairs.

Studio A

Studio A is the one to book when you need a green screen studio in Miami that can also shoot on white. The green cyc and the white cyc share one room under a lighting grid, so the key and the clean background don't take two bookings. The rest of the floor takes built sets: in these photos, an office with a desk, an interview corner with two white chairs against brick and wood under hanging lamps, and a lounge.

Studio B

Studio B is the smaller room, and it stays out of the picture: white walls, grey panels, black carpet, nothing in frame you didn't bring in. It fits the jobs that need one chair and a few lights, like interviews, castings, product and stills. For anyone looking for a photo studio rental in Coconut Grove, it's the one with post one floor down.

Between takes

The building has a green room, two makeup rooms and a kitchen for the hours between call time and wrap. Nobody has to wait in a car.
